Hey y’all! My name is Tina and I am the Southern Travelista!

It may seem strange that a girl born and raised in the frozen tundra of Minnesota would call themselves the Southern Travelista. Growing up I was always drawn to the lure of the south. The warm climate, slower pace of life, and southern hospitality seemed to call me.

I had the opportunity to complete my college internship in Nashville, Tennessee, and at that point, I knew I would make the south my home! I graduated college with a degree in Intercultural Studies and made the big move as a 20-year-old kid fresh out of school.

For the last 20 years, I have called Nashville home. I have not only been able to thoroughly travel in the state of Tennessee but have taken that love of travel to all sorts of southern destinations! Nashville is called the Crossroads of the South for a reason. There are so many fantastic places to vacation and explore within a small radius of the city.

And now my passion for travel has grown into helping others create those same kinds of magical memories for their families! As a travel agent with Diamond Earmarked agency Magical Moments Vacations, I help dozens of clients each year plan unforgettable Disney and Universal vacations. I also created The Southern Travelista to share my love of Southern travel and provide helpful, experience-based resources for others looking to explore the best of the South.
